CONTINUOUS BELT MACHINERY

GENERAL:

Practix OK-405RTR

The Practix OK-405 RTR was specifically designed to print narrow web fabrics and plastics from a roll, using heat transfer paper. This machine has become increasingly popular with snowboard manufacturers and printers alike. The 405-RTR is an industry standard for printing shoelaces, dog leashes, seatbelts, suspenders, elastic bands, lace and webbing.

The Practix OK-405 RTR is the only machine on the market to offer true solid-state heat control. This method of heat control is far more accurate that single ON/OFF systems of years past. Our method of heat control insures temperature to +/- 2° of set point.

The machine is capable of printing goods from rolls or boxes. This is a great timesaving, as no goods need to be rolled or unrolled before printing.

The Practix OK-405-RTR has air operated clutches and brakes for unwinds and rewinds. This system allows precise tension of goods and paper throughout the machine.

Designed with the 90’s worker in mind, the input and outfeed areas of the machine are placed at a height that does not require lifting of heavy rolls.

The outfeed area of the machine is up high enough to allow placement of trash bins for the exiting waster paper.
